Personal Data Policy

Art. 1. (1) Beavision collects and processes the personal data of the users of the website on the grounds of Art. 4, para. 1, item 2 and item 3 of the Law on Personal Data Protection, and in particular on the basis of the following:

Explicitly obtained consent of the User;

The processing is necessary for the fulfillment of obligations under a contract to which the individual to whom the data relates is a party, as well as for actions preceding the conclusion of a contract and taken at his request.

(2) By accepting the General Terms and Conditions for the use of the services provided by Beavision, the users explicitly agree that Beavision has the right to process their personal data provided for the purposes of performing the services.

(3) As of May 28, 2018, which is the start date of the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of the free movement of Such data on the cancellation of Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data), the consent for the processing of personal data is taken by the User explicitly, in writing and on a case -by -case basis.

Art. 2. (1) Beavision collects and processes the personal data provided by the users for the purpose of providing services, including the following purposes:

accounting purposes;

statistical purposes;

Protection of information security;

providing provision of the relevant service;

resolving disputes between users and third parties;

(2) Beavision follows the following principles in the processing of the personal data of the users.

Legality and good faith;

accurate determination of the purpose of processing;

Calculation with the purpose of processing;

accuracy and relevance

The consent of the data processing users.

Art. 3. (1) Beavision does not collect or process personal data, and users do not provide personal data that:

reveal racial or ethnic origin;

reveal political, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties or organizations, associations with religious, philosophical, political or trade union goals;

refer to health, sex life or human genome.

(2) Al. 1 shall not apply in the cases under Art. 5, para. 2 of the Personal Data Protection Act.

Art. 4. (1) When collecting and processing the personal data of the users, Beavision provides sufficient degree of protection according to the development of information technologies against accidental or unlawful destruction, or from accidental loss, from unauthorized access, change or distribution, as well as from other illegal forms of processing S

(2) Users are obliged to take due care for the storage and protection of personal data when they are provided to Beavision.

(3) Users are obliged to maintain the current personal data they provide to Beavision.

Art. 5. In cases where personal data are received by the User to whom they relate, "Beavision" has the right to provide him / her, after a preliminary assessment of the need for provision in order to guarantee fair processing of the data with respect to the individual, for each specific case the following information:

the recipients or categories of the recipients to whom the data may be disclosed;

the data on the mandatory or voluntary nature of providing the data and the consequences of refusing to provide it;

Information on the right of access and the right to correct the data collected.

Art. 6. Beavision provides users with access to the personal data collected in the process of providing and using the services.

Art. 7. Beavision provides the Commission for Personal Data Protection, access to its registers and does not interfere with the control of the processing process.

Art. 8. Beavision provides state bodies with personal data to the services users after an explicit written order and in the cases provided by law and in a volume that does not exceed the purposes for which they have been requested.

Art. 9. After achieving the objectives of processing the personal data of the users, "Beavision" destroys the data or transfers it to another controller of personal data in compliance with the requirements of Art. 25, para. 1 of the Personal Data Protection Act.

Art. 10. (1) Users have the right to access the personal data concerning them by sending a request to Beavision to provide access electronically.

(2) Beavision only provides access to the data relating to the individual who has sent the request for access.

Art. 11. (1) The natural person to whom the data relates is entitled at any time to request the "Beavision" the following:

Confirmation of whether the data relating to it is processed, information about the purposes of this processing, the data categories and the recipients or the recipients to whom the data are disclosed;

a message in an understandable form containing the personal data of the individual being processed, as well as any available information about their source;

Information on the logic of any automated processing of personal data relating to the individual.

(2) The individual whose data is processed has the right to require the actions under para. 1 free, at most once every 12 months.

Art. 12. The individual whose data is processed by "Beavision" has the right at any time to ask Beavision the following:

to delete, correct or block his personal data, the processing of which does not meet the requirements of the Law on Personal Data Protection;

Notify the third parties who have been disclosed his personal data for each deletion, correction or blocking, carried out in accordance with the above sentence, except in cases where this is not possible or related to excessive efforts.

Art. 13. (1) Requests made to Beavision in accordance with this policy must contain at least the following:

name, address and other information for identifying the respective individual;

description of the request;

Preferred form of information provision;

Signature, date of application and correspondence address.

Art. 14. (1) "Beavision" shall rule on the request of the individual in accordance with Art. 13, para. 1 within 14 working days of its submission.

(2) The deadline under para. 1 may be extended from Beavision to 30 working days, when an objectively requires a longer period for the collection of all the requested data and this seriously impedes the activity of Beavision.

(3) Beavision informs the individual in writing who has made a request for his satisfaction or reasonably refuses to satisfy the request. The notification is sent from Beavision to the person by post with a return receipt or personally against a signature.

(4) The lack of a notification from Beavision to the individual on this article will be considered a refusal.

Art. 15. The individual to whom the data is referred to is entitled to the following:

to object to Beavision against the processing of his personal data in the presence of a legal basis for this; where the objection is justified, the personal data of the individual concerned may no longer be processed;

to object to the processing of his personal data for the purposes of direct marketing;

be notified before his personal data is first disclosed to third parties or used on their behalf for the purposes under item 2, giving him the opportunity to object to such disclosure or use.

Art. 16. (1) The individual agrees that Beavision has the right to store information or receives access to information stored in the final device of the recipient of the services that Beavision offers.

(2) Beavision provides the recipient of the service the opportunity to receive information about the data stored in the final device at any time. The respective natural person exercises this right by request by e -mail to "Beavision" and by legitimation via an identity card.

(3) In the event that the individual has not explicitly objected to the storage of information or to receive access to information stored in the final device, Beavision has the right to carry out these actions. The individual may submit a written objection by e -mail to Beavision.
